Two tangential möbius strips are here forming two roads that intersect each other twice.
The structure has been christened Mobius Street.
Here on Mobius Street if you always turn in the same direction at each light you come to, you will eventually traverse both sides of every part of the road before ending up right where you started.
The two roads that intersect each other are back to back. That is, bottom to bottom. As they turn over 180 degrees and meet again, they are both intersecting the other twice simultaneously - once on top and once on the bottom of the structure.

Wow it's beautiful. I'm not sure i can appreciate the picture as much as other people but it's really really pretty.
