I like a nice, classical Splicky Missions feel to a mission now and then. 
I have a giant stack of old, original Splicky Missions sketches that we were drawing first.
That was long before the first time I made one at high-enough quality that it was able to see the light of day here at MalexMedia.Net.®

The idea is kind of a bucket brigade. The splic at the end of the line is supposed to pour out the water instead of pass the bucket again.
I suppose the mission is pretty complicated compared to usual ones. But even simple ones seem to pose a challenge for the splickies - so the splickies end up a little confused either way.

I sympathize with the sorry burgundy-color splic. I've run into that situation a lot in my life. 'Specially with my little sister.
I agree, I like the old feel of the Splicky Missions once in awhile. I notice that the older ones often had surreal machines and mechanics that contrasted nicely with the natural and babyish look of the splics. The result is a cool atmosphere.

Thanks, Ais! Or simply a system or method of doing something that wouldn’t really work or be practical - portrayed entirely to make it clear for the audience what it was supposed to do. Surreal is the word.

The Green splicky reminds me of my baby cousin when he gets upset. His eyes get real big and he just stares at you. it's kinda creepy...

You're right, Quartz. This one does have the feel of the oldest missions. I really like the feel very much. But my sympathies are with the splickies here. The mission seems complicated to me. The middle team appears to be having a lot of fun. I'm glad! Are they all watering the roses? Thanks, splics!!
