Eternity

Ecclesiastes is, oddly enough, my favorite book of the Bible. It's so beautiful and poetic that it never fails to evoke beautiful images in my mind, bringing God's Word to life for me in a language I can understand.
During my reading, I came across this verse. “...Also He has put eternity in their hearts,...” Eccl. 3:11
It instantly brought to mind this image; the burning light of an eternal soul. The heart of mankind. The touch of God. And a destiny yet unfulfilled.

Wow, Ais. That is cool. I am completely devoid of any and all talent for drawing, so I really respect the fact that you are able to create a piece of art like this. I especially think it's cool that you picture consists not of what you did draw, but rather of what you didn't draw. You drew the background,and left the image uncolored. That takes some talent! As I said, coolness. I really like your comments on how you recieved the inspiration for this picture. That's awesome!
