this documentary was shot over a period of eight days in Managua Nicaragua. i went down with a team of 16 members from my home church to tend to the needs of many of the hurting people in the small villages outlining Managua. we separated into four groups in which we shared the gospel, worked construction of many of the homes, ran a medical clinic, and gave out 250 Christmas gifts to the local children. the documentary in and of itself serves the purpose of showing you everything that went on during those eight days just as we saw it. i hope that it helps you to understand how much the resources that we have are needed in a place where people are lacking so much.

Editor's Note: This video contains graphic depictions of people who need medical attention being cared for in conditions that our fragile western minds might consider barbaric. I liked it! It did take forever, but it was quite interesting. I liked the kids who kept repeating "Who's the man". Even thought that didn't have much to do with it.

I liked those kids too. :)

"Even though that didn't have much to do with it."

Well I don't know. I don't think Nate wanted to paint an unrealistically bleak picture with his documentary. I think it's important to show that these people can (and do) have fun even in the midst of their hardships.
