Malex's "Structures" comes out this week! Everybody check it out!
Here it is, folks: The demo mix of Structures! I took seven of my favorite tracks (it was so hard to choose!) from Structures and mixed 'em together for your listening pleasure. (And also to make you want to buy a copy, yo.)
If you haven't yet heard the magic that is Structures, you should give this a listen asap. Seriously! Drop everything and listen! It'll make you a better person! Okay, I give up. If you don't want to listen, I can't make you, but you just don't know what you're missing.
Oh, and let me know what you think as soon as you're done, okay? Thanks! :-D

Malex: Welcome to the Malex Minute, everybody! My name is Alex Markley, or Malex for short, and I'm hosting the show. We won't be doing the usual today. I know our characters are in a sticky situation, and some of you even care what happens to them! But fear not, as we will return to their story next week.
Malex: This week, oh, this week is a very special week. In fact, this will be the most amazing week of my whole year! Of course, the Nintendo Wii and the PS3 both come out, but that's not what I'm talking about. No, I'm talking about Structures - my latest album! That's right, after a year-and-a-half of blood, sweat, and tears, Structures is finally shipping on Monday!
Malex: So, since many of you still have not heard any of the music from Structures, I'll be giving you a quick tour... Right now!

Malex: As a collection of tracks, Structures is probably the best music I've ever composed. And, as a CD it's the highest quality product the Malex Media Network (TM) has released to date. It contains 20 tracks, and it runs about 79 minutes. I've completely filled the CD, and I really feel confident that there's something on it for everyone.

Malex: And not all of the music is meant to sound electronic, either. Several of the songs on Structures are there to make you feel a moment as if you were really there. For example: In this song, three original melodies combine with classic instruments to put you in the center of a coronation ceremony from an age long past.
Info: Track "Return to the Throne (Interlude)"
Info: Sample "May the Best Man Win"
Malex: As I hope you've heard, Structures has something for everybody. It's important to me that as many people get a chance to hear it as possible, so if you like what you've heard, please share this file with as many people as you can!
Malex: Structures is available for purchase at our online store now at MalexMedia.Net/store. For direct links to other places to buy Structures, please visit MalexMedia.Net/findproduct/mmncd004.
Malex: Remember, Structures begins shipping on Monday, November 20th, so place your order now to get your copy before everybody else! Even better, if you place your order before December, 2006, you'll get $2 off the regular $12 price, which means that you get your copy of Structures for only $10!
Malex: I'm sure you can tell that I really, really want to sell you a copy of this amazing CD, so I'll quit talking so you can hear the rest of this song.
Malex: Thanks for listening to the Malex Minute everybody, and I hope you'll join us again next week. Everything will be back to normal again, I promise.
Nobody: Quarter 2 Episode Cap (Song playing during copyright notice does not come with Structures.)

Update - Structures is now available to purchase for real. The info in this comment is old.
You'll note that I don't have Structures "up" yet. (The links in the episode don't really have any Structures info yet.)
It's late, and I'll be posting it first thing in the morning. (I'll also have a mouthful about why the Structures release didn't go as planned...
Hope you enjoy the music!
