Finally!
I finished my book!!!!!! Its taken me nearly seven years since I started writing. (I spent a few years hardly even thinking about it and I've started over about five times before I started on the one I actually finished!!!!!) Now I get to go back through and fix stuff and add stuff and make it all nice and sparkly so that people can read it! And best of all, My daddy wants to read it!!!!

Two things that a guy cannot look manly while doing:
1) Drink from a straw
2) Apply chapstick
Guns don't kill people... Dads with pretty daughters kill people.

Two things that a guy cannot look manly while doing:
1) Drink from a straw
2) Apply chapstick
Guns don't kill people... Dads with pretty daughters kill people.
Well,
I mean grammer and things like "Hey what the heck did that mean cuz I was totally lost."
Or things like "There is no way that is possible.", "Lilly dropped out of character for three chapters." , "That would have killed him much sooner.", and "Why didn't they just do this?"
The last one is important because I was watching a clip on youtube a few days ago that showed an alternate ending to Lord of the Rings. As much as I love LotR I have to admit that flying to Mordor on the eagles and having most of the fellowship distracting Sauron at the gate while Gandalf flew Frodo over the top of the mountain so he could drop the ring in makes alot more sense than taking a year, Borimir's life, Frodo's health, and having to look at Orlando Bloom for two and a half three hour movies. =P

Friend of mine grammar isn't, so i wouldn't not be much of help in there.
i don't really notice other stuff like the stuff you mentioned that i'm not gonna bother typing.

I'm very happy for you! You have just reached a milestone most "writers" never even come close to.
But, as someone who has been there before you, I caution you not to believe to strongly that you are truly done. Seven years doesn't wash away that easily. The story will continue to haunt you for years to come and you will pursue it, making changes, adapting it, repairing errors, and just generally maturing it.
It will let you know when it really is done.
