If anybody notices any issues or has any suggestions, please let me know.

The ™, ©, and ® symbols are special symbols used by the legal system for specific purposes. Misusing them is bad, especially if you plan on creating/owning any intellectual property later on. (Misusing them can damage your credibility.)
