1) Post in the Support Forum - The entire community will have the chance to help you. If someone has had the same issue before, they may be able to solve your issue most quickly.

2) Email Malex - As the main technical guru for the site, I should be able to solve your problem. If I'm overwhelmed, your email might not get a reply right away, but I'll do my best.

3) Other Methods - Snail Mail and Voice Mail are other options. If you mail me, I'll be sure to mail right back. If you call me, I'll be sure to call right back.
