Today’s Splicky Mission:
Get done playing before a human comes.
The human that came is probably standing there observing the little rascals with his/her hands on his/her hips. ![]()
Splickies wander to and fro among us, but their diminutive disposition along with their hide-'n'-seek skills usually keep them from our sight.
However, occasionally if you are very, very lucky, you might see one in the daring act of encroaching on your territory or property, leaving little signs that splickies have been there.
If you are a little less lucky, then you'll just step into a shoe full of glue, never having the chance to glimpse the culprit. ![]()
So, feel free to lemme know how you like this mission!
’Nuff said. ![]()

The yellow one looks so helpless!
...looks like something my brothers would've done to me when I was little...
I like the "fuzziness" especially on the orange one...Not so much on the pink one
...oh, and the pink splic reflected in the yellow and blue ones' orbs is really cool! Nice shoe. I'm impressed at how well you drew it.
Is this like a porch swing? The curve of the wood makes it look like one.
Wow...that was incredibly random. Anyway, this was a great Mission, Quartz! Put a smile on my face again.
"So I found some cheese from June '09...wanna guess what color it was?"
"green? blue? black?"
"nope. yellow."
"what kinda cheese was it?"
"American."
Oh oh, I know!!!
It's the bench on their porch!
I love this mission, the whole shoe thing is hilarious! I love the green and yellow ones!! This is probably my new favorite mission; great job Quartz!!!
Malex: Yes. My ankles are cozy

So cute!
I like the one stuck between the boards "Wait! We can't go yet! I dropped something!"
Hehe
Thanks everybody, I'm really glad you like it!
Old Mother Hubbard sat in her cupboard,
Drowning her sorrows in hay.
Along came a spider who sat down to chide her,
But he could think of nothing to say.
Play!
Is the yellow one actually playing? He seems to be more of a passive participant.
I admit, I was the human who surprised them. I brought them all ice cream, once I got them settled down.
Quartz, I love splickies and their missions so much! Thank you for brightening my life with these little guys.

Thanks!
This makes me happy.
Thanks!

Quartz signervation:
Life in Jesus Christ is characterized not only by forgiveness of sins, but also by His ability to turn the wreckage of mistakes into something glorious.

Sig
I love your sig, Quartz. Did you write it?

We should take our comfort from God's word, not from the circumstances of our lives.
Yes
I expanded it to include another verse, but it won't fit in my signature:
I cannot bear the searing pain.
Oh how it lies, that loud refrain:
“It’s who you are; it’s how you’re made;
It can’t be helped or spurned or trained!”
I'm not one to write poetry very often, but inspiration struck, I guess...

Wow!!
Oh, Quartz. That's amazing. When did you write it?

Nice...
I like the poem. Sounds painfully familiar. and wonderful.
Thanks for posting

Just about when I made it my signature. I expanded it after you asked the first time.
