Today’s Splicky Mission:
Shake hands with a blue splic, a green splic, and a red splic.
Dear Fans
This photographic background was a particularly fascinating one to produce. 
Hence the giddy overuse of saturated colors! Whee! 
Anyway, I was most of the way through constructing their tree house when I happened to look up and notice the bird's nest you see in the top right of the image.
Now not only was the nest tantalizingly close to the tree house, but it had a bright blue egg in it. I'm sure you can imagine my sudden desire to have it appear in the picture. 
The tricky part was, it was a little higher than the tree house. And with all these thick branches in the way, there were only a precious few isolated angles from which it could be seen.
To make a long story short, this shot was taken from the corner of the roof of my house in order to include both the splicky tree house and the egg in the bird's nest. 
So be sure to enjoy the mission!

I love it!!!! I especially like how you included the egg in the nest
We had a robin next right outside our window last year, in the rose bush. We got to watch the little birds grow up; they were so cute! My aunt has a nest in her chicken coop. 
Here and here are pictures of them. 
I really like this one, Quartz! I like how bright the green is in some places.
There is something appealing in every aspect of the picture...and the one saying "boo" is just adorable.

Aww!!! They're so cute. I think the hugger splic is going about this all wrong. I love the egg. I'm sure it must be Copycat's.
If splickies build their treehouses so close to bird's nests - or birds build their nests so close to splicky treehouses and the splickies don't go away - then birds and splickies must cohabitate peacefuly. I'm very glad of that.
