Hmm...I believe that that would be classified as a, "Sandal Sprain." Avoid flip flops until the toe is completely healed. I also recommend toe excerscises seven days a week, twice daily.

Hmm
Well I would suggest treating it like you would treat pool toe. You know, cover it with "New Skin" twice, daily. Once in the morning, (Probably after your shower.) and once in the evening. (Right before you go to bed.)

Hmm... It's like the caffeine thing....You need to try really hard to show self restraint.
Maybe it would help if you had a good schedule, like...you get on the computer once a day, for about an hour, hour and a half, and then go about with your life. Also it might help if you don't go into the chatbox if there aren't any people in there, unless someone's on the website and you want to specifically talk to them. And if you were in the chatbox, and everyone leaves, you should leave too.
I really hope this helps, but seeing how I get on more than once a day usually myself.....hehe....
