As Promised News News and more News.
First let me just say The Magic of the Night Show was incredible. Malex got a keep sake from the show, I got splashed with pumpkins seeds, and Stephen Knight tried to cut off Leela's head. We got to see some classics of magic and some very improvised stuff as well. Very nice show.
Well as for the new stuff. I got a gig! I will be at a local mall performing magic on black Friday (the day after thanksgiving). It will be the first big gig in a long time for me. I'm very excited about it. The gig will be me sitting out front of the store that hired me and performing close up for 6 hours.
On top of that I have recently been over at the magic shop about 2 to 3 days a week now working on new stuff and simple basics. I recently got some dvds on new tricks as well as basic moves and card flourishing (what ?! you dont know what this is example 1 example 2 . I'm really excited about all of this.
Malex and I have been discussing the videos and we have decided we will start filming all the videos late winter early spring. We're planning on doing about 10 episodes for the first season and if it does well we may do a second season.
Well back to practicing.

Poor Leela!
Leela was the best (what do you call them?) audience helper person. She was really funny! The guy kept making comments to us cuz Foppy was covering his eyes and Crazy J said something.
Those tricks were so amazing! But i'm still glad i didn't go up on stage

Yeah, the magic show was great. Leela was the perfect volunteer cause she would banter with the magician. He even threw a bit of celery at her. But I still think my favorite part was when the ghost exploded and I got covered in ghost gutsies.

No I don't have an assistant. My show isn't going to be like the one we went to. I'm going to be sitting in front of a table performing street magic and close up effects. I have done several stage shows though and for those I try to have at least one. Recently though I have no need for one, but that doesn't mean I'm not up for the idea.
