Happy New Year, everybody!
Everybody enjoy your leap second? I know I did. Even my computer managed okay.
Clock: inserting leap second 23:59:60 UTC
Isn't it just magical?
By the by, I've just gotten back from Faithwalkers. It was amazing, and I'm undoubtedly going back next year.
Things are winding up for next quarter again. I officially start day after tomorrow, but that leaves me two full days of freedom - if that makes any sense.
Gee, it's good to be back in my own timezone. It's very good indeed.
Heh... It just hit me that if we hadn't left Tan-Tar-A this morning, we wouldn't be celebrating the new year for another quarter of an hour!
Should I call and reassure them that 2006 comes in without a fuss?
...
Nah. I'll keep 'em in suspense. It's good for their character.

Mmm... leap seconds... magically delicious!
Well, in case you are worried, I can assure you that as of 2006/01/02, 21:53, UTC +9, the world has not come to a fiery or icy end.
Sleep well.
